A program of Automate Your Journey
The business owners down the street already ask for your advice.
Bring them into one room twice a month. iCreateMasterminds gives you the playbook, the meeting kit and the automation behind it, so you can lead a local group of owners, called a Journey Circle, and get paid for it.
Owners don't need another course. They need a room.
Most small business owners have bought the course, hired the agency and sat through the webinar. What they rarely have is a few peers who know their town, will hold them to what they said they'd do, and have nothing to gain from steering them wrong.
That's what a circle is. It isn't coaching from a stage. It's six to ten owners in non-competing businesses, working through the same playbook together, with one person keeping the room on track. That person could be you.
How a Journey Circle runs
A Journey Circle is six to ten owners from businesses that don't compete. Each month has the same rhythm.
-
Working session
Every member picks one system to build this month. The leader runs the session from our meeting kit, and members leave with the automation set up in their own workspace, not a to-do list.
-
Check-in
Did it go live? What happened? Members report their numbers to the group. Anyone stuck gets a fix before the next session.
-
Referral hour
Because nobody in the room competes, the members become each other's best source of customers. Many circles end each session by swapping introductions.
The playbook: four places profit leaks out
Circles work through the Route, a four-stage playbook built from fifteen-plus years of running a service business. Each stage ships with ready-made automations in GoHighLevel.
-
Capture
Stop losing the leads you already get: missed calls, web forms nobody answered, quotes that never got followed up.
-
Convert
Respond in minutes instead of days, and turn more estimates into booked work with follow-up that runs itself.
-
Keep
Turn one-time jobs into repeat and recurring customers with reminders, service plans and review requests.
-
Multiply
Build referral partnerships with the other owners in your circle and in your town, and track every introduction.
The straight answers, before you apply
You've seen enough offers that hide the important part. Here it is.
- About 4 hours
- a month to lead a circle. One two-hour working session, one 45-minute check-in, and some follow-up between them.
- You set the dues
- Leaders choose what members pay each month for their market. We'll share what other circles charge on your call. Use the calculator below to see the math.
- Certification has a fee
- Leading a circle requires certification, and it costs money. We go over the price and payment options on your call, once we both know it's a fit.
- No income promises
- What you earn depends on your town, your network and the work you put in. We won't promise a number and you shouldn't trust anyone who does.
- No coaching résumé needed
- The playbook, scripts and automations are already built. Your job is to run a good room, and we train you to do it.
Run your own numbers

Who sits in a circle
Any owner of a local business can join, from contractors and salons to clinics and restaurants. Members of the SWAT Network have a seat reserved in circles in their area.
Where it can lead
Automate Your Journey runs other ventures, including the SWAT Network for home-service pros. Circle leaders and members hear first when new territories, partnerships and roles open up across them.
Who's behind it
Matthew Castle has run SWAT Team of Michigan, a commercial cleaning, restoration and remediation company, since 2009. Most of what's in the Route came from that work: answering the phone faster, following up on every estimate, and turning one-time jobs into recurring accounts.
He started Automate Your Journey to build those systems for other owners on GoHighLevel. iCreateMasterminds puts them in front of owners who'd rather learn alongside peers than buy another program.

Questions people ask
What does a circle leader actually do?
You recruit members, run the monthly working session and check-in using our meeting kit, and keep people accountable for what they committed to. You don't write content or build automations; that's already done.
Do I have to be a coach or consultant?
No. Most of our leaders run a business of their own. What matters is that other owners respect you and you're willing to run a structured meeting twice a month.
What do members get for their dues?
A seat in the circle, the Route playbook, and a GoHighLevel workspace with the automations for each stage ready to switch on.
What if I can't fill a circle?
Training covers how to recruit your first members from people you already know. A circle can start with as few as four. We'll also look at your market on the call, and if we don't think it can support a circle, we'll tell you.
Can I join without leading?
Yes. Apply as a member and we'll match you with a circle near you, or put you on the list for when one forms.
Is it tax deductible?
Business education and software costs often are, but it depends on your situation. Ask your accountant.
What happens after I apply?
We read every application. If it looks like a fit, we'll text or email to book a call about your market and goals. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
